Hi.

I get your point. You enumerate many dysfunctions that we all recognize in some sort or form. Scrum is a matter of common sense. The Talorian org design that you propose where Mr. Manager knows it all has gone stale.

The basic concept of focusing one the most important thing to build as a group is a good one. I don't think any manager, including you, would argue about that. From what you describe, you seem to agree that we just don't know how to implement it properly.

I love ranting too, it is a relief, and can be very funny, but it is not very constructive in the end.

You seem to have a lot of experience on the matter. Maybe you have some suggestions on how we could benefit from the good stuff that is in the Aglie approach?
