BTW. I get the impression you think we borrowed the term "topology" from you work. I am sorry, we did not. The term topology comes from mathematics (The term topology was introduced by Johann Benedict Listing in the 19th century) and we liked it so much, because it " studies properties of spaces that are invariant under any continuous deformation". Which applies very much to organizational design. Anyway, we love your work.
